Children in worship

Larchmont Avenue Church is a worshiping community of Christian believers in the Reformed tradition dedicated to following Jesus Christ through worship and compassionate mission outreach. Our congregation is part of the Presbyterian Church, (U.S.A.) We warmly welcome the full diversity of God’s family to worship with us and join the membership of our church from all races, genders, sexual orientations, ages, nationalities or ethnicities, economic situations, and abilities.

As members and friends of the Larchmont Avenue Church (LAC), we gather together to rejoice as witnesses to God's love, growing with grace, going forth to serve.  We are a community of Christ, dedicated to strengthening our commitment to live as Christians disciples through worship, service and education.

Living this mission, we seek to provide a warm and open Christian home which fosters the spiritual growth of each individual through worship, music, prayer and fellowship.

We encourage all members, young and old, families and children to serve with compassion and care for one another, for our neighbors and for the global community.  Diverse religious traditions in the local community and among church members provide opportunities for interfaith dialogue, in which LAC plays a leading part.

Our Governance
LAC is govered by a board of elders call Session. Its property is managed by a Board of Trustees. Our Deacon leaders assist the pastors in the care of our community members.
