About LAC
Youth: A vital part of our ministry & mission

Youth are a vital part of the ministry and mission of LAC. Through worship, fellowship and service, we empower youth to become faithful disciples. We invite all middle school or high school youth to come and be a part of the LAC community.

Youth Fellowship

We hope that every youth will feel welcome and a part of our Sunday morning worship services at 10 am. As worship is the central act of our community, youth are welcome to participate fully in our service and many aspects of our mission outreach. Have a talent? Share those gifts during worship through singing, playing instruments, readings or through skits or dance.

In High School? Join SHIFT! In Middle School? Join TGIF! Both SHIFT and TGIF meet twice monthly for games, discussions about faith, upcoming service projects and most importantly FUN. Each time we gather we share a meal and lean to live out our faith together.  Both groups are commited to living out a life of service. TGIF participates in preparations for the Youth Midnight Run each year, and regularly bags groceries at the Larchmont/Mamaroneck Hunger Tast Force -a local food bank- and food drives are organized throughout the year.  SHIFT service projects include going on the Midnight Run with the adults and oppurtunities to engage with partners in domestic or international mission trips.

All 6th, 7th and 8th graders are invited to join our middle school group, TGIF (Thank God It’s Faith/Fellowship/Fun). Read More
